the first thing he does as evil is brainwash Motoki into being his friend

bc even evil Mamoru is super lonely

and then he has Motoki straddle him suggestively as he plays video games

then he starts trying to seduce Usagi and it’s pretty clear he has no idea how to be a seductive evil guy HE IS SO INCOMPETENT AT IT 

he corners Usagi with TOTALLY SUBTLE INTERROGATION TECHNIQUE
